I'll work with you to prepare for that all important first impression, to qualify potential buyers, and to ensure that your home is being marketed in professional, innovative ways - making sure that it gets "noticed".

I will work to:

• List your property in the local Multiple Listing Service
• Develop a punch list of to-do's that may or may not include 'staging' items ( its really up to you, but, we can talk through what we've found to be most effective )
• Schedule an Open House within three weeks, along with an AGENT open house within the first month
• Create and publish web page(s) EXCLUSIVELY for your property
• Create and execute an email campaign that features your home
• Install an Assist2Sell sign w/a flyer box in your yard
• And on and on ...
